Mar. 03, 1962 - US General Taylor look over the wall in West-Berlin. During a sightseeing tour through West-Berlin the military chief adviser of President Kennedy, General Maxwell D. Taylor, at- Potsdamer Platz looks over the wall which is built by Ulbricht. In the time 1949 till 1951 General Maxwell D. Taylor was Commandant of the American sector of Berlin.
