Sep. 09, 1962 - The President of the Administration Court at Wuerzburg, Germany, Professor Dr.Rudolf Schiedermair ( our photo), has asked for a disciplinarial trial against himself. News coming from Oslo accuse Prof. Schiedermair to have been a member of German special courts during the occupation of Norway in 1941, Schiedermair, who was Sturmbannfuehrer of the SS and acted as judge in these courts, is said to be responsible for some unlawful death sentences against Norwegian citizens
