Dec. 12, 1962 - Strausss resigned.: After the yesterday (30.11.62) meeting of the CSU-executive committee in Munich minister of defence, Franz Josef Strauss, who is also the president of the CSU, gave the explanation, that he will not be minister int he new government of Adenauer. Strauss told, this decision in in first rate because of the attacks of the FDP during the last weeks.
