Jan. 01, 1963 - Oder- Neisse - Line two years old! On January 27th it is two years that the cession of the district beyond the Oder Neisse Line to Poland ordered by Moscow was solemnly approved of by the rulers of the Eastern zone of Germany. Then a Nelegation of the Polish Government with Secretary for Foreign Affairs Slrzesewaki was welcomed in Frankfort on Oder by the now dismissed and arrested Secretary for Foreign Affairs of the German democratic Republic (East zone republic _ Georg dertinger who also signed the so - called Contract of friendship.
