Oct. 10, 1963 - 22-years old Eastberlin-soldier escaped to Westberlin.: With this carried a 22-years old soldier from the Soviet-zone-army escaped to Westberlin. He with the carried throught the threefold barbet-wire over the sector-border to Westberlin. A Westberlin police-car take him up at once and brought him in security. Photo shows with this carried he escaped to Westberlin. After the 22-years old soldier escaped to Westberlin a other Eastberlin-soldier came near by the hole in the barbet-wire. At once two Eastberlin-officers put him away because they thought he want to escape also. Behind the scene a soviet-zone-army armored personel carried and behind this the carried which was used from the refuge for his escape
