May 05, 1963 - Studio on barbed wire has new distant-loudspeaker: First time, today (8.5) the new distant-loudspeaker of the studio on board wire (SAS) was to see on the zone-border. The loudspeaker-batterys are on 13 meter high towers whch they can drive out. So the SAS people can send their news over a long distance over the wall and the zone-border. The new distant- loudspeaker is so loud, that the eastzone loudspeaker-car can not disturb the sending. Today the new cars where standing with the former little loudspeaker-cars (in background) one the zone-border in Berlin-Kladow opposite the armour-tanks-barracks of the Soviet-Zone-army.
