Sep. 09, 1960 - Lubke First Visit to the Navy. Dr. Heinrich Lubke on 18-9-60 visited for the first time officially at Federal President the Navy School in Flensburg. Accompanying him were Minister of Defense Strauss, Prime Minister of Schleswig Holstein, Kai Uwe Von Hassel, General Heusinger and Vice Admiral Ruge. Host and Commander of the Navy School, Captain Erdmann accompanied the President when going on the school boat F14 (our picture) on to the destroyer Z1, with which he went on to Kiel.
