Feb. 02, 1965 - Arrest asked against east germane minister While testifying at the Auschwitz trial in Frankfurt as a witness, east German minster for economy Erich Marowitsch was in danger to be arrested. Lawyer Dr. Laternser, who defends some of the SS - men accused in this trial, asked the court for immediate arrest of the east German minster for markowitsch should be in his part responsible for the building of the belling wall and the shooting against refugees there, the court rejected this request and 1st Markowitshc return to his hotel in Frankfurt where he was most by his wife and his driver
