Germany - Lithuania - Poland

Nov. 11, 1964 - Putted off indefinitely.., was the process against the German town-planner Professor Dr. Kurt Leibbrand of the assize court Stuttgart, where the proceedings were tried. The former Lieutenant of a railway-pioneer-company is accused for the participation on the execution of so-called Italian Hilfswilliger'. In the first process, Professor Leibbrand absolved of this accusation - now should roll of the revisions process. The surprising displacement was needful, because the advocate of duty, Counsel Schwarz, rejected the further justification with the reason, Dr. Kurt Leibbrand to refuse to take up contact with him. Ops: Professor Dr. Kurt Leibbrand and his adopted advocates Laternser, Frankfurt, and Alfred Seidl Munich. f.l.t.r
