Nov. 11, 1962 - Heart to heart is nothing for the German television-spectators. Because of artistic and product-technical arguments the German Television decided, to do not give a share for the television-performance of the British dramatist Terence Rattingan, which is to see by an Eurovisions association-transmission on December 7th, 62. The German version is presently translated by Hans Weigel and shooted as film by the management of Erch Neuberg in Vienna. The television-acting is showing a minister, who is implicated in a corruption-scandal because of unauthorized present of concessions for buildings. A reporter, who wants to get an interview of the minister is put by pressure, so that he does not speak about the affair in front of the camera. He does as would it be okay, but then during the life-interview he pushs the minister so into the corner, that the minister is forced to offer his retirement. The reflection of the German Television can be understood better when we will remember that at the time, when the Eurovision association transmission was offered to the German Television, in the Federal Republic of Germany everyman spoke about the Fibag-affair and in connection herewith about the minister of defence Franz Joseph Strauss.
