Aug. 06, 1963 - Pictured is former animal caretaker Guenter Lenz. He was the unfortunate target of the ire of an elephant bull named Salim. In front of 300 spectators Salim unexpectedly grabbed Lenz and slammed him against a wall. The 39 year old would later die from his injuries
