Dec. 06, 1966 - These Munich residents think these mini-skirts are fine quality, and that includes the men! Not just for women anymore, these men are wearing men's mini skirts. The first men's mini-skirts were shown to much applause at the International Men's Fashion Show on December 6, 1966. The question remains though: How do you tell men from women if not only their hair matches, but also their clothes?
