Feb. 14, 1967 - One could see the history of the cavalry in the private museum of Baron von Nagel at the Vornholz stud farm near Oelde in M?nsterland. The owner of this collection was himself a member of the cavalry during the Weimar Republic. He collected flags, swords, lances, uniforms, helms, and more. He began collecting in 1939, with many pieces being donated. He planned to open the exhibit to the public in the spring of 1967.
