Dec. 09, 1968 - Maria Schell, to date known only as an actress, is capable of much more according to her colleagues: she also sings! In a sound studio in Munich her first LP is coming along, a Familienproduktion as it were, since the former Soul of German Film sings a duet with her husband Veit Relin, Song of Tears, an old, melancholy folksong. Naturally Maria Schell's venture into the arena came like a bombshell, and one is always generally a little nervous whether these tearful songs are now a little sad.
