Dec. 17, 1968 - Pictured are the famed Munich Olympic hermits Vaterchen Timofey and his sister Natascha. They lived in a small church with no running water of electricity in an area originally planned to be town down to make room for the Munich Olympics. They eventually got permission to stay. They received quite the surprise when gifts arrived for them in the form of nice coats, gloves, and other amenities. They are pictured here with visitors in their little chapel. Timofey is to the right and his sister is beside him
