Sep. 11, 1966 - With 12 shots of the gun, the 132nd Oktoberfest got underway in Munich(Theresienwiese). The famous, German festival will attract over 6, 000, 000 visitors over the two coming weeks. They will enjoy the costumes, drinks, and traditions. Over 750 businesses took part in the celebrations. Pictured here is Mayor Hans-Jochen Vogel holding the beer barrel as a woman taps it.
