The Passing dumpling shooter Helmut Winter was considered as being worthy for getting the High Decoration'. With medieval ballistics and self made dumplings Winter forced the Airforce and American pilots to flt over Pasing in a respectable height. On April 1st one can see the awarding of the Nonsense Coin by Hannes Konig, the manager of the Valentin Musaum in Munich, on the screen in the performance Das Glucksradl'.
