Oct. 29, 1969 - The drivers of the ADAC-Strassenwacht, or road patrol, are known as yellow angels. These cars patrol the streets of Germany in any condition, whether it be snow or rain or shine, in order to help in cases like accidents or car breakdowns. Here one is aiding a man with a mask. There are around 500 of them on duty, they have helped in over 372, 265 cases, and they have driven a collective 12, 000, 000 km
