Germany - Lithuania - Poland

Mar. 03, 1970 - The ambassadors....of the United States, France, Great-Britain and Russia will meet on Thursday, 26th March, in the House of the Allies (our picture) in BERLIN. A Speaker of the Foreign Office of the Federal Republic welcomed the begin of the four-power talks, which are generally thought of as very important. The issues will be: Berlin, the traffic in both parts of the town as well as the traffic to the town, a guarantee for visits from West to East and vice-versa, the relation between Berlin and the Federal Republic. Bonn hopes, finally, that these negotiations will bring an end to the discrimination of the West-Berlin population by the Eastern States
