Germany - Lithuania - Poland

Sep. 19, 1968 - Pictured here is furniture salesman Huber von Seidlein. He got a ticket for not having proper identification on his car and decided to work the system. Originally he owed 20DM. He then contested the ticket and got it down to 10DM. Yet he didn't stop here. He contested further, stating that police don't even know which identification comes from what place, with some even being foreign. He fought with the courts on proper, legally binding identifications
