Dec. 12, 1969 - Model of the Sports Hall for the Olympic Games 1972 in Munich finished. In presence of the former German Federal Minister of Finance, Mr. Franz Josef Strauss (CSU), the present Federal Minister of Finance, Mr. Alex Mooler (SPD), the Lord Mayor of Munich Dr. Vogel, and the Bavarian Minister of Finance, Mr. Pohner (CSU), summit talks were held on the Munich Olympics buildings site. The entire building costs for the Olympiad 1972 are now valued a DM 1150 million. the directory board of the Olympic Building company dismissed the previous President, Mr. Franz Josef Strauss. His Successor became the Bavarian Minister of Finance, Mr. Pohner. On this occasion the finished model of the big Olympic sports hall was presented.
