May 05, 1971 - Franz Josef Strauss witness in district court of Munich: Recently CSU- Chairman Franz Josef Strauss had to witness in the district court of Munich (Germany) where it was question of an action for injunction again ts the magazine Stren. In Septembr of last year the magazine had edited an article about the casino-affair entitled District Attorney takeover being rather negative for the CSU and had blamed the party in connection woth the overthrow pf the coalition in Bavaria - SPD, FDP, Bavarian Party and the United German Bloc - and the entering upon government in Franz Josef Straus (r) - with his lawyer Dr. Gunther Omann (l) - however, emphasized in court that this party had never been active in this connection
