The 68-years-old Politician explained his decision by not able any more to carry on with his function because for reasons of health. The West German Economics Minister Prof. Dr. Karl Schiller is now in charge of the Ministry of Finances and leads bow a new Super Ministry the Ministry of Finances and the Ministry of Economics.
