Oct. 10, 1973 - This year's first fall of snow in Munich Old man winter.. seems to appear kind of early this year, actually to-day on Oct. 18th, 1973. It was quite a heavy snowfall, but naturally - and fortunately the snow did not stay. Let's hope this is not a sign of a very early beginning of the wintery season, after all this is still the first month of autumn only. Ops. View at the big umbrellas of the Victualienmarkt, Munich's green grocery market, which were quickly covered heavily by white snow
