Aug. 08, 1973 - Julius Steiner before the Committee of Enquiry in Bonn. The former CDU - member of the West German Parliament, Julius Steiner, appeared before a Committee of Inquiry in Bonn ( our picture ), on the 7th and 8th of August. Steiner firmly reiterated his previous statement that he had been paid 50.000 DM by Karl Wienand, to vote against Barsel in the crucial vote-of-no-confidence between January and May of this Year, he had been paid 3.000 DM monthly by them, for this work
