Nov. 11, 1977 - In the Congress-centre in Hamburg (FRG) at the present takes place the party rally of the Social Democratic Party (SPD). In his opening address the party-chairman Willy Brandt said to c. 430 delegates, that also in time of economical dificulties the SPD doesn't want to retire from the government-responsibility.
