Nov. 19, 1977 - Simplicissimus'-Exhibition In The Haus Der Kunst In Munich Satirical': in the Haus der Kust in Munich one can see at the present: a Simplicissimus'-exhibition! It makes think of the famous political-satirical weekly paper, which was founded in 1896 in Munich and with which worked prominent people like O. Gulbransson, B. Paul, L. Thoma and Wedekind etc. The exhibition included c. 560 separate sheets (partly, what the magazine published in the time of its life (c. 25 ooo drawings). The Simplicissimus suspended work in 1944.
