It is the fourth German-Poliah meeting, which takes plade in Bonn, for the first time after the war. The talks were opened a few months ago in the kolish capital Warsaw between couch foreign deputy minister Aniewios and German state secretary Duck- war welcomed now in Bonn by the foreign minister of the Federal Republic of Germany, Scheel.
