Oct. 10, 1977 - Kidnapping affair Schleyer: In connection with the kidnapping of Hanns Martin Schleyer we place this photo at your disposal. It shows two of the 11 arrested terrorists, of which the kidnappers demanded immediately after the kidnapping the release in exchange of the abducted president of the German Employer Association. Hanns Martin Schleyer is now since 40 days in the custody of the assassins. He had been abducted on September 5th, 1977 after an assault of his convoy in Cologne (FRG), where four of his attendants were killed. With the hijacking of the Lufthansa Boeing 737 on October 13th, the terrorists want to lay emphasis on their demands in the affair Schleyer.
