Sep. 09, 1990 - Claim in Tort on part of the Alexanderplatz; Margareta and Alfred Luscher from Thalwil in Switzerland lay claim to the land on which the house in this picture stood prior to WWII. The property of their ancestors was the nationalized and the house torn down. In this place now stands the famous East Berlin TV Tower
