Nov. 11, 1958 - Criminals Of War before the Court in Ansbach: In the law courts of Ansbach the main trial against the former commandents of the front district Oberdachstetten near Ansbach, Major Stenzi, began Nov. 25th 1958. The second accused is the former Captain Benholzer who was to assist the Fliegerhorst Commandant in Illeaheim near Ansbach. The two men are accused of having broken into the house of the former Guggenberger in the desolate place Rummelsbach beacause they had seen a white flag in the window. After a dispute a few shots were to be heard. Guggenberger was shot dead. Nearly 30 witness will be heared in the trial.
