Feb. 02, 1970 - Legal process against APO lawyer Horst Mahler. Today in the legal process against Horst Mahler, the lawyer of the Out-Parliamentary-Opposition (APO) Governing Mayor Klaus Schutz appears as a witness. Horst Mahler is accused of riot and serious breach of the peace because of his involvement in the demonstrations and destructions of the Springer-House at Easter 1968 after the assassination attempt on the political activist Rudi Dutschke.
