US guided missile demonstration at School of Artillery

Jun. 21, 1957 - US Guided Missile Demonstrated at School of Artillery. Experts in Protective Training. A demonstration was held this afternoon at the School of Artillery, Larkhill, of the United States Corporal Guided Missiles, supplied to the Royal Artillery for training purposes. The Corporal is a surface to surface weapon with a range of about 75 miles at 2, 000 mph plus. Keystone Photo Shows: Guided missile operation experts, in their special protective clothing checking each other during the demonstration at Larkhill today. These are all members of the Propellant Detachment of the school and have all had intensive training on the missile in the United States
