World record 126 days in a Pothole.: Blonde Mrs. Helga Mare surfaces after visiting a record breaking potholer Antoine Senni 350 ft. below the French Alps. Antoine had seen no one for 18 weeks until german born Helga clambered into his cave. He is due to return to the Surface tomorrow after spending a record 126 days in the pothole under the Audeberg mountains 30 miles from Nice to test the effects of complete isolation. His home hd been a red tent erected on the floor of the cave and his only contact with fellow potholers camping on the mountainside has been by radio. His 126 days feat beats by three weeks the previous record 105 days underground held by Derbyshire potholer Geoffrey workman
