Mar. 03, 1953 - Grand National won by early mist. The Grand National was won at Aintree today by early mist, ridden by Bryan Marshall. Mont Tremblant, ridden by D. Dick, was second and Irish Lizard, ridden by R. Turnell, was third. Of the 31 runners, only 5 finished. Early mist won by 20 lengths.
