Keystone Photo Shows: Champion Jockey Sir Gordon Richards sits up and takes notice in the garden of a Surrey Hospital to which he was taken after a fracture and pelvis dislocation following a fall at Sandown Park races. He hopes to be up in a weeks time and says that he will decided then whether or not he is to retire from racing. JSS/Keystone
