Feb. 25 Young British racehorse breeder sells colts to the United States.: Twenty two year old Miss Seraphine Howard -Collins who is one of the youngest racehorse breeder in the country - has sold two yearling colts to a racehorse owner in Boston, U.S.A. They are Rush and tear and Czarose'. Miss Howard-Collins, who runs the stud at Plympton, S. Devon with the assistance of eighteen year old grrom Ann Burthenshaw - says that it is a great achievement to sell to the United States without going through the British Bloodstock Agency.
