At his Newmarket home - he has installed a Turkish Bath in the form of a sweat box. There - for a period each day he sweats of is weight - aided by his golfer wife Joan who keeps him topped-up with draughts of cold water. Harry is 42 - and his main interest in life besides racing - is farming.Harry Carr, the Queen's jockey, sweats it out in his personal sweat box at his Newmarket home.
