1974 - International Ladies Race at Kempton Park: Several European lady jockeys took part in today's Goya International Stakes (Ladies Race) at Kempton Park. It was Britain's first international race for lady jockeys. The race was won by Irish trained Onward Taree, ridden by Rosemary Rooney, with Prince Onward Taree, ridden by Rosemary Rooney, with Prince Gourmet, ridden by Brooke Sanders, 2nd, Ingrid Trautman, of Switzerland, was 3rd, on Springs'.
