May 05, 1959 - The Prime Minister stops to view the guards sunshine on the horse guards parade. One of the many onlookers at the Guard hunting Ceremony on the Horse Guards parade today was the Prime Minister himself Mr. Harold Macmillan. He strolled across the parade ground and stood watching the guards (Grenadiers ) on parade.. Afterwards he walked back to No.10 Downing Street in the brilliant sunshine for a Cabinet meeting. Photo shows Mr. Harold Macmillan stands and watches the Guards on the Horse Guards parade today
