Oct. 10, 1975 - Mr. Macmillan asks for ?750, 000 for the Oxford Union Appeal: An appeal for the Oxford Union was launched in London today by Mr. Harold Macmillan, Chancellor of the University and Principal trustee of the Oxford Lierary and debating Union Trust, whose purpose is to preserve the Oxford Union.
