Aug. 08, 1967 - Premier Relaxes with his Dog Paddy. Mr. Harold Wilson, the prime minister is pictured in the garden of No. 10. Downing street, playing with his Labrador retriever called Paddy. Paddy, who was the prime minister's Christmas present from Mr. George Wigg, the paymaster- general, is back at no. 10, after being dispatched to Mr.Wilson's sister in Cornwall with instructions that he should take an obedience course. At the end of the week Mr. Wilson and Paddy will be off to the Scilly Isles. Mrs. Wilson began her holiday there yesterday
