SIR ALF RAMSEY TEAMS UP AGAIN WITH HIS 1966 WORLD CUP WINNERS: Sir Alf Ramsey was back last night among the men who gave him and England their greatest moment in football - exactly eight years after England beat West Germany 4-2 at Wembley to win the 1966 World Cup. All the winning team attended the testimonial dinner for Sir Alf at London's Cafe Royal last night. It was an emotional occasion for Ramsey, who was sacked in April after eleven years as England's team manager. Sir Alf was presented with an exact replica of the World Cup England won, by Prime Minister Harold Wilson.
