Heinrich Kopf, former president of Niedersachsen, Germany
Jul. 07, 1955 - Warmly welcomed was the former Minister president of Niedersachsen, Heinrich Kopf, during the festive procession of Federal Riflemen's Meeting at Hanover. Kopf is the protector of this meeting, and in the official programme he is named as Minister president of Niedersachsen, though he had to give up his post after the last election.
