Jul. 07, 1957 - The Aga Khan Dies. He Was Seventy Nine. His Highness Aga Sultan Sir Mohammed Shah Aga Khan - always known as the Aga Khan - died at his villa near Geneva. Claimed to be a direct descendant of Mohammed - the Aga Khan was spiritual head of 20, 000, 000 Ismaili Moslems - and believed to be one of the world's richest man.
