Jul. 23, 1962 - No Questions As Hirohito's In-Law Faces Press No questions were permitted from the Press when kimono-clad Princess Chichibu, 52-year-old sister-in-law of Emperor Hirohito of Japan, met the Press on the first day of her week's visit at the invitation of the Government, after she arrived by air today.
