Jun. 06, 1960 - Mother Says Yes to runaway daughter: Nineteen year old Nanette Wallace runaway daughter of Mrs. Patricia Vanderbilt and step-daughter of millionaire Cornelius Vanderbilt, jnr, now has her mother's permission to marry American Sergeant Wiley Lockamy. On May 28 Nanette and Wiley disappeared from Cannes and turned up at Bitburg, Germany, where he is stationed. Mrs. Vanderbilt flew to Bitburg and after discussing the marriage plans for three days, gave her consent. Then she and her daughter left for Luxembourg while wedding formalities are dealt with'.
