Jul. 07, 1965 - Millionaire Playboy, Porfirio Rubirosa Killed In Car Crash In Paris. The millionaire playboy and ex-Dominican diplomat, was killed in a car crash in the Bois de Boulogne, Paris. Police said his Ferrari left the road and crashed into a tree after being in collision with another car. 55-year old Rubirosa was formerly married to Doris Duke, Barbara Hutton, the U.S. heiresses, Danielle Darrieux, the French actress, and Flor de Oro Trujillo, daughter of the late Dominican dictator.
