May 05, 1969 - Prince Micheal takes part in the Daily Mail air race: PRINCE MICHEAL of KENT who is a Captain in the 11th Husars, clocked in at the Post Office Tower this morning after completing in the Daily Mail Transatlantic Air Race. He flew in from New York in a VC 10. Their to meet him on his arrival was the Duke of Kent with his wife and children. Photo shows THE DUKE OF Kent with his wife and two children Earl of St. Andrew and Lady Helen Windsor seen in the Post Office Tower awaiting the arrival of Prince Micheal who was taking part in the Air Race today
