His bride is 33 year old Ehrengard Von Reden, who comes from the lower Saxony nobility and who is the director of the Private Clinic Feldafing at Starnberg Upper Bavaria. The 36 year old prince had been married before to the daughte of a lawyer, Waltraud Freydag; because of thie wedding to a comoner, prince Friedrich, who is the eldest great- grandson of the German emperor, had renounced his hereditary right of becoming the chief of the House of Prussia.
